Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using "AppSpark" (the "Service") provided by AlogX.llc ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. This English translation is provided for convenience only; if there is any inconsistency, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Article 1 (The Service)
The Service provides audit and analytics information relating to mobile app store optimization (ASO). The Service is currently in beta, and its features and scope of availability may change without notice.
Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)
In using the Service, users must not: (1) violate laws or public order and morals; (2) place excessive load on the Service's servers or infrastructure (including sending automated bulk requests); (3) resell or redistribute data provided by the Service without our permission; or (4) register information while impersonating a third party.
Article 3 (Data Provided by the Service)
Audit results, scores, keyword information, and other data provided by the Service are reference information based on publicly available information and our own analysis. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness, nor any specific outcome. Final decisions regarding the operation of a user's app are made at the user's own responsibility.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 5 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service)
We may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users.
Article 6 (Amendments to the Terms)
We may amend these Terms when we deem it necessary. The amended Terms take effect at the time they are posted on this page.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business.
